Retainer:

Purchasing a retainer package is a popular option for those who have a budget and set hours they require each month. You can purchase a block of hours each month and know that there is flexibility. We understand that some months are busier than others and that is why we allow you to roll unused hours over to the next month. Should you have a busier than normal month, the extra hours will be added to your next month’s retainer package invoice.

  • Retainer Packages require a 6-month contract.

  • Invoices for Retainer Packages are sent on the first of the month.

  • Unused hours will roll over for a maximum of one month.

 

Hourly:

Sometimes we find clients are not sure exactly how much time they may need. In this case, hourly is usually best until we figure out if purchasing a block of hours each week/month is more cost-effective. This is also a good option if your business frequently fluctuates, there is a 5 hour a month minimum required.

First Date:

We appreciate that hiring a Virtual Assistant for the first time, even if you’re an expert at working with VA’s, it can sometimes take a bit of getting used to the swing of things. If you are not sure what you might need or would like to see how things go before committing to a three-month contract, we suggest trying out our first date package. Try our services for 30 days to see if we are a fit and help you decide what you might need on an ongoing basis.
